From employee volunteerism to national initiatives that help leukemia patients find a bone-marrow match, Coty supports institutions and programs that reflect the interests of our consumers and employees around the world.

Good Works from the Start: DKMS

Coty Inc. is a founding partner of DKMS, the world's largest nonprofit bone-marrow-donor center. Coty’s efforts have helped more patients with leukemia find their match, enhancing the chances for survival. To date, it has facilitated 33,000 bone-marrow transplants from a pool of more than 3.4 million registered donors. 

In 2011, the fifth annual DKMS Gala raised a record-breaking $2.5 million. The gala has become a hot-ticket event among A-list celebrities and fashion and style luminaries.

Supermodel, designer and television personality Heidi Klum joined Coty and DKMS at the 2012 DKMS Gala when we lit up the Empire State Building to shine a light on the cause that is so very important to us all.

Help When It’s Needed: Crisis Relief

Across the globe, Coty reaches out in times of crisis and natural disasters. For example, the company donated relief funds to Japan following the earthquake and tsunami of 2011 and to Haiti after the devastating earthquake of 2010. And we provided financial support to help relief efforts in North Carolina after a tornado hit a region of the state.

Other Philanthropy Efforts

In addition to Coty’s Linked Against Blood Cancer initiative, we support national organizations as well as local charities in the communities where our plants and facilities are located. 

Other philanthropic endeavors we support include American Cancer Society, amfAR, the Look Good ... Feel Better program, March of Dimes and the Wildlife Conservation Society.
