Esi Eggleston Bracey is President of Coty Consumer Beauty, overseeing a $4.4B brand portfolio including color cosmetics, retail hair color and styling, body care and mass fragrances. She is a member of the Executive Committee.
A seasoned executive leader with more than 25 years’ experience in consumer products, Esi came to Coty in 2016 as part of the industry-leading merger between Coty and Procter & Gamble’s specialty beauty brands. As leader of the Coty Consumer Beauty division, she manages the global footprint of more than 25 brand favorites, including COVERGIRL, Max Factor, Rimmel London, Sally Hansen and Clairol.
Esi previously led P&G’s COVERGIRL and Max Factor businesses across more than 80 global markets and oversaw all beauty brand building as the Beauty Chief Marketing Officer. There, she was responsible for transforming COVERGIRL into the iconic pop culture brand it is today as well as expanding P&G Cosmetics internationally with the modernization of Max Factor.
For her work, Esi has been acknowledged as a “Marketer of the Year” (Women’s Wear Daily, 2008) and “Woman to Watch” (Advertising Age, 2009). A native of Chicago, Illinois, Esi graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, with a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Sciences. She lives in New York with her husband and their two children.
