The Board of Directors of Coty Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share.

NEW YORK– November 7, 2018 – The Board of Directors of Coty Inc. (NYSE: COTY) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share, payable on December 14, 2018, to shareholders of record on November 30, 2018. This dividend will be considered a return of capital.
