MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ecommerce Marketing :

  • Marketing plan: Responsible for online, annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans of e-commerce (including Tmall, Jingdong, and Vipshop);
  • Marketing execution: daily and major marketing nodes include online e-commerce channel online marketing program implementation;
  • Visual control: Improve the visual design and product display effect of product promotion, and overall control the visual output and copy output of flagship stores on the e-commerce center line;
  • Content Output: Responsible for planning and output of e-commerce content material
  • Internal and external media planning and delivery: Responsible for management of talent resources inside and outside the station, management of distribution of marketing tools within the station, etc.
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of offline activities related to e-commerce

New listing

  • New product development: including product development, packaging development and gift box planning
  • E-commerce new product launch promotion plan planning and landing;

Brands responsible: OPI, Wella, Sebastian, etc.

THE COTY IDEAL FIT

Requirements           

  • 2+ years of marketing or trade-marketing experience in well-known brands.           
  • 2+ years above promotion planning or execution experience in main EC platforms. Familiarity with the promotions in large e-commerce platforms and good at plan various activities           
  • Result oriented, sensitive to data and strong awareness of the sales output brought by the activities.
  • Strong communication, and good at coordinating and mobilizing the internal and external resources. Above CET 6 and can communicate in English fluently .

  • 2年以上品牌方营销策划或通路行销活动策划经验。
  • 2年以上主要电商平台营销策划经验或者活动从业经验。
  • 对各大电商平台活动熟悉,擅长策划各种活动创意
  • 结果导向,对数据敏感,对活动对销售的促进有较强意识.
  • 沟通力强,善于协调调动组织内外部资源。英语6级以上,口语能够进行日常沟通。
