Job Title: Brand Executive 

Reporting to: Marketing Manager 

 

Mission: Work with Marketing Manager to achieve brand and business goals for assigned brands through the formulation and execution of successful marketing strategies

Brands: Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, Tiffany & Co, Miu Miu

Geography: Malaysia


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of new product launch and campaign management within AnCP budget given – Conceptualize, plan and execute all launches and activations encompassing digital and social media, influencer marketing, trade marketing activations, promotions and/or events.
  • Manage and grow a sustainable product portfolio for the brands including product forecasting and pricing strategy with guidance from line manager, whilst aligning with the overall global and local business strategy
  • Own and manage the development of brands annual launch calendar and marketing plans.
  • Lead the creation and development of all marketing collaterals, tools and mechanics, in line with the brand image and strategy 
  • Together with the visual merchandising team, create and ensure consistent and impactful visual merchandising displays at all brands’ point of sales. 
  • Research and track competitors’ marketing activities periodically and collect market data and insights to analyse brand’s competitive performance and future plans. 
  • Ongoing review and evaluation of brand/s business performance to ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets and to uphold the positioning/ranking of the brands in its distribution.
  • Form strong collaborative support to inter-departmental teams in achieving the brands’ sales targets. 
  • Manage and coordinate the deployment of brand assets that support the annual plan activation together with external agencies 
  • Maintain the full spectrum of marketing expenses including document issuance, record maintenance and monthly tracking.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably from the fragrance/ makeup category
  • Passion for beauty and fragrance is an added advantage 
  • Strong analytical skill to analyse sales numbers and align marketing promotions accordingly
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong personality to cope in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal to work collaboratively with different teams
