The Campaign Creative Director will work in close partnership with the Design Creative Director, Production Team, Creative Merchandising, and Marketing Partners in all areas from conceptualization through execution while managing multiple projects simultaneously. He/She is able to problem solve on multiple projects while bringing strong solutions to the table and be capable in clearly articulating 360 advertising concepts. The position brings innovation and creativity with a dedicated focus on Video, Photography/Art Direction, Digital Advertising.

 

Responsibilities

 

Based in New York and reporting to the VP Creative & Design, the Campaign Creative Director will:

 

- Manage the advertising and digital art directors & producer with inspiration & leadership & oversee the creative output of the advertising studio team

- Develop ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns, pitching concepts and presenting them (including 360° advertising concepts & storyboards, print & visual intentions, TV & digital content, photo and film production & post production) and direct creative work by providing inspiration and guidance day-to-day guidance on projects

- Manage several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented

- Understand the commercial aspects of marketing briefs to insure that proposals are relevant, insightful and inspiring

- Pitch and present creative intentions to marketing/brand teams and management

- Supervise the execution of assets from conception thru shoot to post production and delivery including creative guidelines for proper deployment of art direction

- Provide inspiration on new creative and technologies to cross fertilize the team and infuse overall campaign work quality

 

Requirements

 

- Experience in overseeing film / photo / digital / post production

- Highly visually driven

- Fluent in English, speaking and writing

- Dynamic and keen

- Team player

-  Good writing skills

-  Proactive with a start-up mindset

-  Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop / InDesign / Premiere Pro), Apple Keynote is required, video editing and photography skills a plus

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in agency or in-house creative studio

- Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge

-  Autonomous and fast-paced
