Customer Service Specialist EE (Back Office)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination of orders in the SAP system
  • Handling with orders and invoices
  • Managing returns and complaints
  • Responsibility of issuing invoices 
  • Current cooperation with internal  clients
  • Dealing with documentation process
  • Taking care of documents related to discrepancies and returns
  • Daily work with reports related to orders realization
  • Taking care of proper Service Level
  • Responsibility for on time orders reports

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highly skilled in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • SAP knowledge
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Very good command of English language
