The Director of Kylie Jenner DTC E-commerce:

  • Owns the European P&L responsibility for DTC Ecommerce
  • Works closely with LA-based Kylie Jenner team, New York-based Kylie DTC Ecommerce Team, and Paris-based COTY Global Brand team to clearly identify a strategy for execution in alignment with long-range plan and strategic priorities to drive revenue and increase market share for DTC Ecommerce
  • Drives customer acquisition and topline growth though performance marketing (paid media, SEO, CRM, etc.) and on-site merchandising (pricing, promotions, bundling, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Partner with New York-based Customer Service and Operations teams to provide a best-in-class DTC customer experience across the Kylie European DTC Ecommerce properties


Expected Travel:

  • 1-4 times Globally per fiscal year



  • Accelerate Kylie Skin & Kylie Cosmetics European DTC Ecommerce Business. Kylie Cosmetics and COTY are a Joint Venture to scale the Kylie DTC Ecommerce business internationally. You will play a key role in the direct management and growth of the European Business which will be launching with direct selling and shipping in UK, France, and Germany followed by other countries.
  • Own the Kylie European DTC P&L. You will develop the European Ecommerce budget including annual budgets around advertising spend, return on investment, member and customer growth, and other appropriate metrics to profitably growth the business.
  • Be an expert on the DTC channel, the market, and the trends. Lead long range planning and strategy for areas; analyze and evaluate of the effectiveness of Kylie DTC Ecommerce sales, performance marketing, pricing, promotions, supply chain, costs and results
  • Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Leverage customer insights and constantly monitor competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues and risks in order to create new strategies and tactics to improve the shopping experience.
  • Measure success. Works with analytics team to understand user behavior across all digital channels to help improve site engagement and increase conversion of key metrics.


  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure alignment. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going. Work closely with Kylie LA Team, New York-based DTC Ecommerce team, and Paris-based brand marketing team on website content generation in telling communicating the Kylie brand on DTC Ecommerce properties to maximize return through testing, site optimization, and improving customer experience.
  • Lead a new team. Form, staff, guide, lead, and manage an organization capable of accomplishing the responsibilities required to meet growing business demand. Evaluate & mentor dynamic internal teams of diverse experts across multiple locations and ensure their successful cross-functional integration through shared goals and unified culture



  • 8+ years of successful leadership experience in a complex, multi-brand, multi-channel global environment with significant emphasis on DTC Ecommerce and Performance marketing
  • Deep knowledge of current stack of E-commerce concepts, technologies, key players, and best practices. Passionate learner who stays on top of E-commerce and Digital Marketing capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills and a successful track record of developing and retaining world class talent
  • Natural team player, putting others before self, and actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience as a manager who can properly influence people, process and technology in a manner that enriches the company’s culture and overall team performance
  • Proven track record of managing CPL, CPA, ROAS and revenue goals with a demonstrated history of driving profitable results at scale. Experience with attribution models and A/B testing. Proven ability to understand at a detailed level the conversion rates at each stage of the funnel and identify opportunities to increase the conversion rates
  • Experience managing Paid Media is important, but it’s even more critical that this individual can think of growth strategies beyond just paid media channels.
