ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We are looking for our new 360 Product Development Assistants to join our Marketing Development Team.
You will fully collaborate with the teams involved in the full 360 product development process to analyze, imagine & develop ground-breaking skincare innovations from the concept, formula & packaging development to the digital and in-store deployment.
Reporting to Product Development managers as well as our digital, trade marketing & retail directors on specific missions, this internship is an exclusive opportunity to learn everything about beauty products development within a fast-growing environment where creativity is key.
THE ROLE
TRENDS & ANALYSIS
- Maintaining competitor records and monthly tracking reports
- Running competitive market studies (new launches, new trends, store check, ..) & share of market analysis
DEVELOPMENT FOLLOW UP
- Participating in the briefing of internal teams (R&D formula, packaging, creative studio, support functions) and external partners (design and mock up agencies, suppliers,..), coordinating their work
- Elaborating concept development for the launch of new products
- Following operations for product development (artworks, assets production, formulas, product design, 3D visuals, point of sales material,..) ensuring right timings
- Participating in the 360 activation strategy, coordinating with other teams: digital deployment, PR, go-to-market, merchandising & education
CROSS FUNCTIONAL MISSIONS
- Contribute to the organization & work for brand meetings with top management
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
We are looking for an intern from Business School or University programs to collaborate with global skincare development teams
- Passionate and curious about the beauty industry
- Already a 1st experience in marketing
- Autonomous, action and solution-oriented profile
- Rigorous with strong attention to details
- Multi-tasker and responsive
- Organization skills to ensure perfect execution in due timings on different projects
- Creative
- Good team player with multi-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
DESIRABLE:
- Already a 1st experience in marketing development, especially in skincare is a +
- We prefer end-of-studies internship
