We are currently transforming our HR  transactional services and looking for the  Head of Employee Services EE who will drive this change. 

 

THE ROLE
You will lead the Eastern European HR Transaction team to provide excellent service and employee experience for 1000 Coty’s employees.Eastern Europe HR team partners Coty’s Commercial Consumer Beauty and Professional Beauty divisions, Finance Shared Service Center and Supply Chain Innovation Centre. Our core markets are Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing HR transactional services for Eastern Europe market across all countries and sites in the area of personnel administration, payroll, employee onboarding and training administration

       - Implementing and managing changes to service scope and delivery

       - Managing demand and capacity, balancing service quality, risk and cost drivers

       - Determination and execution of speedy delivery of transactions with a strong focus on  accuracy, quality and end-to-end management.

       - Being accountable for service performance trends and actively manages adherences to policies and procedures

  • Leading HR transformation project in the area of HR transactions for Eastern Europe
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying and managing risks and/or acting on non-compliance
  • Responsibility for internal and external Audits
  • Responsibility for HR reporting and analytics
  • Managing all payroll related tasks as needed to proceed full payroll
  • Supervising application of and compliance with all country / local regulations
  • Acting as labor relations expert for EE countries
  • Managing & enhancing the relations with systems providers, regulatory updates and international transfer support
  • Determining and enhancing the use of technology in the delivery of operational processes to gain visibility, accuracy and increased simplification
  • Managing the Transactional services team, defining the tasks and developing the team capabilities
  • Building team spirit and motivating team members to achieve success
  • Being a sponsor of change initiatives within own area
  • Partnering with the HRBP to define service level

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 8+ years of professional experience in the fields of HR Operations or HR Shared Services in in international organization
  • Strong people leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop teams (3+ years of people management experience)
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Finance
  • Experience in managing HR operations across different markets
  • Expertise in local labor law, tax and social insurance
  • Proven ability to drive transformation and change management
  • Ability to deliver tailor-made solutions within global framework and to interpret and apply HR guidelines
  • Experience in HRIS system (SuccessFactors is a plus)
  • Passion to build a customer service and performance driven culture
  • Strong drive for quality and operational excellence with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in agile environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build good relationships at all organizational levels
