THE ROLE

Job Title: HR Intern    
Reporting to: HR Business Partner


About the Role

Assist the HR team by providing administrative support, Campus Program and managing other adhoc projects for Southeast Asia (SG, MY, TH) This internship opportunity will provide the chosen candidate with extensive exposure to a multitude of Employee Engagement activities across Southeast Asia and Real Estate project in Singapore. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1)    Campus Program

  • Manage the end-to-end activity of the whole campus program including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, campus engagement activities
  • Design communication materials and manage the campus communication platforms
  • Provide guidance and advice to current and future interns with regards to company policies 
  • Evaluate effectiveness of the program and drive improvements where necessary
     

2)    Employee engagement

  • Supports the line manager to plan employee engagement activities
  • Conceptualises and executes meaningful activities which support key drivers.
  • Be responsible for the employee engagement communication, including but not limited to EDM, workplace post etc.
  • Enhance the employee engagement program through reviewing feedback from the participants
  • Works closely with Malaysia and Thailand employee engagement teams to localize or implement activities
     

3)    New Hire College

  • Work with HR business partners to conceptualise and design the framework for new hire college program 
  • Coordinate with respective business leaders to develop presentation materials and consolidate into a full presentation material 
  • Assist in identifying and developing suitable methodologies to enhance learning and development in this program
  • Manage the end-to-end schedule of the program and support HR business partners with logistics and administration matters       
  • Evaluate effectiveness of the program and drive improvements where necessary
     

4)    HR Operations

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and maintain organisation charts for different teams
  • Assist employees with queries on HR matters

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Undergraduate Student, able to commit for at least 6 months for a full-time internship
  • Team Player
  • Creativity and can-do attitude
  • Relentless in research, fearless in bringing forth ideas and performing new task
  • The ability to cope with constant changes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun
  • Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint
