Marketing Manager, Burberry Fragrances
We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to join the Luxury Burberry Beauty team. In this role you will report to a Senior Marketing Manager assisting with strategic planning and lead the execution of the 360 marketing plans for Burberry Beauty. This person will have an active role in driving the success of the Burberry Beauty business in the US market.
Your key areas of responsibility will be the following:
- Responsible for the development and execution of the 360 go to market strategy for assigned programs, partnering closely with cross functional teams to drive successful and timely development and implementation of plans
- Work in close partnership with Global Marketing teams to ensure US market needs are considered in global development and actioned
- Manage various requests from cross functional teams to drive marketing programs; including but not limited to, submitting offerings, briefs, managing forecasts, reviewing allocation files, actioning retailer needs.
- Understand consumer trends and bring new ideas to the table, identifying gaps to drive recommendations in plans
- Perform adhoc analysis as requested; providing key insights, and clear & simple recommendations to drive business decisions
- Support in media planning, merchandising and promotional strategy
- Partner with Senior Manager to create / deliver internal and external brand presentations and newsletters
- Contribute to development of 3-year brand strategy
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Interest in Beauty industry with strong knowledge of US beauty environment and a commercial mindset
- Self starter; ability to independently lead projects and drive results; a positive team player
- Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
