OPI SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative that is at their happiest helping people. You’ll quickly learn to navigate the beauty business, to better drive our products. Reporting to a CS Team Leader alongside the Order Management Team, you’ll be skilled at satisfying customers, achieve the best business results and ultimately disrupt the beauty industry.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Answering and resolving queries from customers through phone and email.
- Processing and entering orders.
- Working and supporting internal teams to develop their business and product knowledge.
- Escalating any issues that cannot be resolved.
- Supporting the team leader with their issues and projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
- Experience in customer service or a customer facing role.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- CRM systems experience (SAP preferred).
- MS Office competency.
- A high level of organization.
- A winning team mentality.
- Lives and breathes beauty.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
