This role supports the Director, Global Influencer Marketing in building the global influencer marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital and social communications to drive brand awareness and visibility. The Senior Manager will also help lead local implementation of strategies, working closely with the markets to use the power of traditional and digital media to facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between the fragrances and its target audiences.
The Senior Manager requires the ability to work closely with direct manager based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Media & Digital teams on top of key license contacts.


•    Develop, manage and execute global Influencer marketing activities and guidelines to maximize influencer activations, digital visibility, press coverage and positive consumer engagement
•    Provide end to end project management on Influencer marketing tools implementation for earned (including influencers) and owned media.
•    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and implement influencer marketing projects, provide comprehensive global communications platforms for local markets guidance & implementation, including: 
          o    Influencer partnership and seeding guidelines and global activations
          o    Editorial press and influencer marketing tools and collaterals 
          o    Influencer and PR events, ambassador activations
          o    Calendars/Local Activation Timelines 
•    Develop and manage celebrity and influencer partnership programs: preparation, execution and reporting on global and local level 
•    Work closely with the Global Digital, Marketing & Media teams to ensure a 360 degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage
•    Collaborate internally with Brand Marketing teams to build and maintain internal tools, processes and products to facilitate content ingestion and content management
•    Maintain interaction and communication with global agency and local Influencer Marketing teams, facilitate and coordinate local exploitation of activities  
•    Manage Fashion House and multi-functional team alignment and approval processes 
•    Manage day-to-day budget and supplier payments
•    Track, analyze, and monitor monthly print press, digital & influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy
•    Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty & luxury landscape


Skills & experience required
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    7+ years of relevant beauty Influencer Marketing and PR experience
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across the organization at all levels
•    Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details
•    Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task
•    Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential nature
•    Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing 
•    Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas
•    A 360° profile and international experience 
•    Hard-working, self-motivated and passionate about the beauty & luxury industries
•    Proficiency in English
