- To ensure cordial harmonious industrial relations at the factory to ensure zero work stoppage.
- To ensure compliance with all best class manufacturing work norms and work practices (as per Lean manufacturing...)
- To ensure implementation of all HR and administration systems and policies in the factory
- To draw-up training plan for all employees along with the departmental managers, ensure its implementation, and assess the effectiveness of the training inputs.
- To prepare and monitor Factory Compensation & Benefits budget: To prepare, control and follow budgets for Direct Labor & OVH (Salaries and Wages as well as analyze trends in various components of wages...)
- To participate in the implementation of all new organizational design of WJ plant
- To effectively design and implement communication packages for employees in WJ plant
- To ensure compliance with all Labor Laws and statutory guidelines.
- Be responsible for Legal cases related to labor law/HR/adm. matter. To advise management and support actions in terms of disciplinary and grievance issues to ensure minimization of Employment Tribunal Claims.
- To ensure proper implementation and sustenance of Performance Management, Talent Management, Goal Deployement, Incentive & Rewards systems.
- To improve employee engagement and Coty culture in WJ plant
- To prepare reports on areas related to HR and Adm
- To manage the Recruitment Process for managers and non-managers and director labors
- To lead and ensure the integration/induction process : new positions and new employees
- To participate in managing the internal communication process.
- To assist plant manager in managing the implementation of ERS and the Coty Insight action plans at WJ plant
- Process owner of H&S guidelines relevant to his/her Department and Function. Guarantee and ensure the good application of H&S rules in his/her Department ; manage the H&S action plan in his/her Department.
- Health &safety / working conditions: Applies and respects the safety standards and procedures. Is responsible for the application of security in its direct and indirect environment.
- Keep and maintain a well site 5S, quality and safe working meal for the employees
- Control strictly safeguard in/out management on people, goods/material to avoid any loss to Coty
- Attendance control strictly to reduce the compliance risks and avoid any labor hour loss
- To assist plant manager to arrange VIP/visitor’s accommodation
