We’re looking for a Lifecycle Management and Supply Analyst for the AMAPAC region, reporting to the AMAPAC S&OP/LCM Senior Manager. The Product Lifecycle and Supply team acts as a key interface between Global LCM, global planning, regional commercial functions and the BUs. They support the brands and business units by leading specific areas of the Lifecycle management and supply operating model in line with corporate and brand strategy.
To support the LCM/Supply Senior Manager with in depth analysis, recommendations and co-ordination as needed in the below areas:
• BRAND & CATEGORY STRATEGY
o Provides regional input to the Global Brand LCM on product portfolio where required
• NEW INITIATIVES SIZING
o Reviews with Global Brand LCM and the appropriate regional/BU stakeholders sizing for key initiatives at key initiative gates.
• INITIATIVE LAUNCH MONITORING:
o Leads the review of initiative launch shipment performance and ensure necessary forecast adjustments/proposal for production adjustments to avoid excess stock
o Collaborates with Global LCM to manage commercial priorities (arbitrage)/early shipment request where required
• PORTOFOLIO REVIEW/ON-GOING LIFE:
o Facilitates as required market and regional portfolio review exercises and collaborate with Global Brand LCM to identify and implement opportunities for portfolio productivity improvement
o Reports on the health of the regional and BU product portfolios
• PIPO/DISCO MANAGEMENT
o Works with BUs to review and execute PIPO/Discontinuations in line with global alignment
o Ensures product supply strategy in place to meet customer needs and minimize the E&O exposure for the company
• SUPPLY RISK & ARBITRAGE
o Collaborates with the planning hub and regional supply leadership on key regional supply constraints, action plans and communication with BUs
o Prepares supply risk input for regional S&OP as required
o Executes supply arbitrage process for both new launches and ongoing product portfolio supply in collaboration with BUs, planning hubs, regional commercial teams and Global LCM.
• VAR/E&O MANAGEMENT
o Collaborates with finance to articulate the E&O position for the region/BUs through quarterly budget and monthly actuals drumbeats
o Leads the process to optimize regional E&O in partnership with Brand LCM
o Develops the regional VAR (Value at Risk) plans and drive the BU review process
o Delivers input to Regional S&OP
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
• Very strong analytical skills including complex data analysis, root causing and action planning using tools such as Excel, Access, Power BI, KNIME
• Strong leadership and ability to drive business alignment
• Flexibility in thinking and sufficient experience to be able to find meaningful win win solutions in situations of conflicting interests internally
• Experience and strength in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Supply etc)
• Professional fluency in English
• Experience in managing budgets
• Experience in new product introduction and phase out execution
• Experience with Coty Demand planning & business intelligence systems
• Knowledge of Coty supply chain set-up
