Reporting: Senior Project Manager, Global Influencer Marketing



This role supports the Global Influencer Marketing team with the development and execution of the global PR & influencer marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital and social communications to drive brand awareness and engagement. The Junior Project Manager will also support the team with the local implementation of strategies, working closely with the markets & Global PR Agency to use the power of traditional and digital media.

The position requires the ability to work closely with direct managers based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Media & Digital teams on top of key license contacts and external partners.


  • Support Global team with the development, management, and execution of global Influencer marketing strategies (PR, Influence, Event)
  • Support Global team with the design, development, and implementation of influencer marketing projects, provide comprehensive global communications platforms for local markets guidance & implementation, including:
    • Influencer partnership and seeding guidelines and global activations
    • Editorial press and influencer marketing tools and collaterals
    • Influencer and PR events, ambassador activations
    • Calendars/Local Activation Timelines
  • Support with the execution of celebrity and influencer partnership programs: planning, execution and reporting on global and local level
  • Work closely with the Global Digital, Marketing & Media teams to ensure a 360 degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage
  • Collaborate internally with Brand Marketing teams to build and maintain internal tools, processes, and products to facilitate content ingestion and content management
  • Maintain interaction and communication with global agency and local Influencer Marketing teams, facilitate and coordinate local exploitation of activities 
  • Manage Fashion House and multi-functional team alignment and approval processes
  • Manage day-to-day budget and supplier payments
  • Manage day-to-day admin tasks such as product orders & send outs
  • Track, monitor and compile monthly activity reporting for print press, digital & influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty & luxury landscape
