Position Title: Manager, Talent Acquisition (North America)

Location: New York, NY -  ESB

Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition (North America)

 

The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for attracting, acquiring and securing disruptive and top-tier talent

 for Coty’s current and future needs. This role will champion the recruitment process for Coty, in alignment with Coty’s

global vision and cultural values.

 

Talent Acquisition

 

This role will participate in the NA delivery of end-to-end recruitment operations and performance, strengthening the overall talent pipeline of best-in-class, disruptive and diverse talent at Coty.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Perform with a high level of service to key stakeholders
  • Lead key strategic projects supporting requisition fulfillment, sourcing, pipelining, talent diversity, global talent sharing, and talent attraction
  • Support onboarding and hand-off of new hires with respective HRBP’s
  • Manage negotiation and offer process with candidates
  • Attract innovative talent via direct sourcing, industry networking, internet/social media recruiting, employee referrals, networking events, and college + career fairs
  • Serve as point person for direct hire agencies
  • Stay abreast of industry news, activity and trends impacting talent sourcing and hiring dynamics
  • Prioritize candidate experience throughout recruitment process
  • Consults the hiring managers and relevant COTY population on industry intel and must-know talent
  • Use Coty internal ATS to manage workflow of reqs and candidates
  • Serve as brand ambassador for Coty at appropriate forums, networking events and fair

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of recruitment experience in beauty and/or CPG
  • Mix of agency and in-house experience preferred
  • Professional maturity and discretion
  • Proficient in working through LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (SAP preferred)
  • Must exhibit poise and savvy with strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills         
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities for various professional levels
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities/deadlines through exceptional project management
  • Proactive + positive mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and change
