Team Leader - Claims

Our Claims team ensure they do this every day, managing the end-to-end process for customer complaints. As their Team Leader, you’ll see that all root causes are identified, so that solutions can be implemented to improve our processes. You’ll communicate and collaborate across the business, travelling at least one day a week to connect to different business divisions.
In this role you will:
- Ensure that team processes comply with SOX and internal control requirements
- Meet KPI targets to close disputes in a timely manner
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports to team members and management
- Contact customers to obtain their support paperwork for each claim
- Follow up with system process owners at each stage of a claim
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
- Experience in Data Management
- Team Leader experience
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Incredible communication skills
- Presentation skills
