Coty Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK– February 9, 2017 – The Board of Directors of Coty Inc. (NYSE: COTY) declared a  quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share, payable on March 10, 2017, to shareholders of record on February 28, 2017.
