At the dawn of the 20th century, the fledgling beauty industry was fragmented, tied to outdated practices, and only accessible to those who could afford it.

But a new business was about to emerge that would help to define a new era of modern beauty.

Coty was founded as a fragrance house in Paris, France by Joseph Marie François Spoturno.

To launch his new business, he chose a new name – something that would evoke elegance and beauty to consumers around the world.

Inspired by his mother, Marie Adolphine Coti, François changed the &bdquo;i&rdquo; of her maiden name to a &bdquo;y&rdquo;, and with that…

Undefine Beauty

Markus is a highly accomplished global consumer and beauty executive. Prior to joining Coty, he spent 33 years at Procter &amp; Gamble, where he most recently served as President of P&amp;G’s Global Skin &amp; Personal Care business, including a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of more than 12 global brands. During his tenure, he led category and organizational transformation across beauty and grooming, including revitalizing SK-II into a leading prestige skincare brand in Asia. Markus holds an MBA in Marketing &amp; Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Markus Strobel

Kristin joined Coty in March 2020 from Keurig Dr Pepper, where she was responsible for Securities and Exchange Commission filings, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.Kristin holds both a JD and LLM, International Law and Legal Studies, from Duke University School of Law. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Management degree from the University of Vermont and studied International Business at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in Austria.

Kristin Blazewicz

Soraya brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience across finance, commercial, and general management roles in global consumer goods companies.&nbsp;Prior to joining Coty, Soraya served as Group CFO and Executive Director of British American Tobacco (BAT) and previously held senior leadership positions at Diageo, including President of Europe and member of the Global Executive Committee.&nbsp;Soraya began her career at Gillette and General Electric. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Brunel University in London and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Soraya Benchikh

Anna von Bayern oversees investor relations and global communications, driving strategic initiatives that elevate the company’s reputation worldwide, as well as AI adoption. Since 2022, she also serves as CEO of Kylie Jenner’s Beauty Brands. In 2023, she became a certified AI trainer from the Vjal Institute.Prior to joining Coty, she was a political journalist at Bild, Germany’s most widely read traditional media brand. She was a member of the federal press conference, founding anchor of Germany’s first digital political talk show, and has written two bestselling political biographies.Before attending Axel Springer Journalism school, she graduated with a BA in politics and history from Stanford University, a MA in writing from the University of East Anglia and a MA in politics, philosophy and economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.

Anna von Bayern

Gordon von Bretten is an accomplished executive with a passion for driving organizational change and innovation. Mr. von Bretten brings more than 30 years of experience in leading strategic initiatives, creating value and performance enhancement.Before joining the Coty Board of Directors and JAB in 2024, Mr. von Bretten served as Chief Transformation Officer of Coty for four years, he led Coty’s strategic transformation program that has been instrumental to reigniting the company's financial performance through disciplined cost-saving and strategic capital deployment initiatives. Prior to joining Coty, Mr. von Bretten spent five years as an operating partner with KKR Capstone, KKR’s in-house operating team, focusing on corporate carve-outs and value creation across the KKR portfolio. He also previously served in a variety of leadership roles in industry and management consulting, mostly with KlöcknerPentaplast, AlixPartners, and Kearney, focusing on restructuring and performance improvement.Mr. von Bretten holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from IBS, Lippstadt (Germany) and an M.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo (Canada).

As Chief Performance and Operational Excellence Officer, Stéphane is at the helm of Coty’s transformation agenda. He ensures that all resources—people, technology, and capital—are aligned to strategic priorities and deliver measurable impact. By driving data-informed decisions and operational excellence, he positions Coty to lead in a rapidly evolving market.Stéphane is a respected senior procurement professional with over 23 years experience in the beauty and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Coty, he held several local and global procurement positions at Pfizer and Ipsen.

Stéphane Delbos

As Chief Commercial Officer Prestige, Caroline Andreotti is responsible for accelerating Coty’s skincare growth journey, while continuing to grow the company’s historical fragrance portfolio globally. Caroline is a highly experienced and respected Coty leader with more than 20 years of experience and an outstanding track record in fragrance, skin and body care, and colour cosmetics.She earned a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Political Science from University of Geneva, a Bachelor of Business Administration in European University of Geneva and an International Marketing MBA in the International University of Geneva.

Caroline Andreotti

Graeme leads the end-to-end Global Supply Chain function from planning to manufacturing, to warehousing and distribution. He works closely with Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Shimei Fan on reducing Coty’s overall environmental impact.He joined Coty from AVON, where he successfully transformed the Supply Chain to be more consumer centric and sustainable; delivering dramatic improvements in service, inventory and savings through implementing stronger systems and processes and a focus on developing people. Prior to this, Graeme managed direct-to-consumer cutting-edge logistics operations across Europe at Amazon; before that, he spent 4 years at Unilever and 23 years at P&G.Graeme holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a post-graduate qualification in Economics from Oxford University.

Graeme Carter

Jean leads Coty’s Prestige brands worldwide, with a focus on growing our iconic portfolio globally across fragrance, skincare, and makeup. Jean joined Coty in 2017 from Puig. He is a very experienced Coty leader with a profound track record of brand development and management. As SVP Global Brands Hugo Boss, Niches and Core, Jean made substantial contributions to the market share growth at Hugo Boss. He also played a crucial part in establishing the next generation of fragrances at Coty, exemplified by the launch of Infiniment Coty Paris. Jean holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from ESCP Business School.

Jean Holtzmann

As Chief Information, Digital Innovation &amp; Business Services Officer, Jérôme leads technology, cybersecurity, data, business services, digital innovation and beauty tech.Jérôme is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in technology, data, and business transformation, complemented by managerial experience across multiple business domains, including finance and supply chain. He has worked in the beauty and luxury sectors across various geographies, bringing a global perspective to his leadership. Jérôme joined Coty 18 years ago, following more than a decade at LVMH.Jérôme is a graduate from Sciences-Po Paris, the London School of Economics and holds an MBA from the London Business School.

As Chief Procurement Officer, Fatima oversees all procurement activities across Direct and Indirect, as well as Responsible Sourcing and Real Estate.With two decades of experience from leading companies such as MSD, Danone, Unilever and Mondelez, Fatima is a recognized change leader with a strong track record in transformation, commodity risk management, and building high-performing teams.Fatima holds a master's degree from Rennes School of Business.

Séverine Charbon is responsible for leading Coty’s global people strategy, talent development, culture, and purpose agenda to support the company’s business priorities and growth ambitions.Séverine brings more than 25 years of international experience from Publicis Groupe, where she most recently served as Chief Talent Officer International. In this role, she oversaw global talent strategy, people experience, and HR operations across multiple markets and business units. Having held leadership roles across Asia and Europe, as well as global positions, she brings deep expertise in talent, organizational transformation, and building inclusive, high-performing cultures.Séverine holds a Master of Science in Business and Corporate Communications from CELSA, Paris-Sorbonne University, as well as a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology from Sciences Po Paris.
