FIRST INTERVIEW WITH
ONE OF OUR RECRUITERS
Our recruiters will interview you to ensure you understand the role and meet the criteria.
We shortlist candidates who closely match the requirements and submit these to the hiring manager via our Applicant Tracking System.
Hiring Managers will select those suitable for the next steps with a hiring manager interview. Successful candidates will be invited to further interviews with peers using a fair assessment and competency-based interview approach.
Final candidates are selected for offer and the recruiter will ensure that you will have a compensation package aligned with market conditions. Our shared service centres will develop the offer paperwork and initiate the onboarding process.
